American Lung Association in North Dakota (ALAND) and Red River Valley Clean Cities Coalition will host a workshop on ethanol fuels at Bismarck State College.

The event is part of a series of national workshops on biodiesel, ethanol, natural gas, propane, fuel economy and idle reduction in the Clean Transportation Education Program led by North Carolina State University through a grant received from the U.S. Department of Energy.

All industry, public and private fleet personnel, government employees, fuel retailers and providers, vehicle manufacturers and students are invited to attend.

Speakers will include representatives of NCSU and the North Dakota ethanol and energy industries. The free workshop takes place at BSC’s National Energy Center of Excellence from 1 to 5 pm.
